A note from Jackson
On any given day, or any given hour, founders are riding high on top of the world or trying to stand back up after a punch in the gut. Those swings don't define you. But they do affect you.
In my own journey, I've had to fight to keep an abundant mindset in the middle of hard seasons. I've learned that abundance isn't a feeling that shows up when things go well. It's a way of seeing the world, and a choice you keep making, especially when things don't.
Teemwork exists to help owners see the opportunity that's already around them, and then do something about it. We work with established businesses, tradespeople, and founders who know there's more in their business than they're capturing today. We take the time to learn what makes your company valuable. Then we roll up our sleeves and help you build what's next.
My hope is that Teemwork becomes a place where good ideas don't die on the whiteboard. A place where owners leave with more clarity than they came with and more energy than they spent.

The name "Teemwork"
What does "teem" represent?
Teemwork brings abundance to businesses to help them unlock new ways to multiply their impact.
Teemwork means an abundant mindset to our work and the way we approach business, relationships, and the world around us.
Teem means to abound, to overflow, to swarm. It's an expression of how God created abundance in the world and implanted the natural desire to create and multiply, as we are image bearers of the God who creates and can multiply even the smallest seeds into massive trees.
Teemwork is also a play on "teamwork": together, with the various parts and functions of a business working in concert, more can be effectively accomplished. Unity is greater, and abundance is the result of intentional collaboration.
Beyond the Logo
The Whale Tail represents the swarming waters in Genesis 1:20, and the creation mandate of how humans were designed and empowered to create. The duality of the logo is that it is a sprouting tree. We were created to create.
